Job Description
As a Security Officer Lobby Access Associate in Leesburg VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will serve as a welcoming front desk presence helping to monitor access support badge and visitor processes and provide outstanding customer service and this stationary role you will help with security-related concerns while reflecting our values of being agile reliable and innovative with a caring culture teamwork and integrity at the center of every interaction.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at the front desk location.
- Monitor access to the facility by greeting guests verifying identification and/or visitor information issuing access credentials as directed and documenting arrivals and departures according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts emergency services and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.
- Support front desk operations by answering questions providing directions receiving deliveries and reporting unusual activity maintenance concerns and/or security-related issues through the appropriate channels.
- Maintain accurate logs visitor records and incident documentation and follow healthcare location protocols related to confidentiality privacy and professional interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
