About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience withOASIS E be confident performingStart of Care (SOC)visits and be well versed inMedicare home health guidelines.
Requirements
- ActiveFlorida RN license
- OASIS E experiencerequired
- Comfortable completingStart of Care (SOC)visits
- Solid understanding ofMedicaredocumentation and regulations
- Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- Strong communication organization and assessment skills
- One year of Home Health experience
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct SOC ROC Recert and Discharge assessments
- Document accurately in compliance with OASIS E and Medicare standards
- Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patients home
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Travel within the Riverview Sun City Ruskin and Apollo Beach areas
Compensation
- Approx. $40 Based of the type of visit
- Compensation varying based on visit type(SOC ROC Recert routine visits etc.)
- Consistent workload within a focused service area
