Job Summary
As the Lead Enterprise Coordinator (Lead EntC) you are responsible for overseeing and guiding a group of Enterprise Coordinators. You will act as the go-to resource for escalation support task management and process alignment across the Enterprise Coordination team. Working closely with the Manager of Enterprise Operations youll ensure that team workflows are optimized performance standards are met and high-quality support is consistently delivered to our VIP and Large-Scale Enterprise clients. Your leadership will help maintain operational excellence across all Enterprise Coordination activities.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Provide day-to-day oversight and support for a group of Enterprise Coordinators including task delegation workload management and mentorship.
Escalation Management:
Act as the primary escalation point for issues raised by Enterprise Coordinators providing guidance and resolution support.
Process & Workflow Optimization:
Collaborate with the Manager of Enterprise Operations to refine and enforce best practices SOPs and internal processes for efficiency and consistency.
Performance Support:
Monitor team KPIs identify performance gaps and support Enterprise Coordinators in hitting their metrics through coaching and process improvements.
Cross-Department Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the Enterprise Coordination team and other departments (e.g. TSR Product Ops CSMs) to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
VIP Client Support:
Step in to support VIP escalations when needed and ensure the appropriate Enterprise Coordinator is set up for success with key tasks and clients.
Team Training & Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new Enterprise Coordinators and provide ongoing training and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Project Oversight:
Support project tracking for team-wide initiatives especially those involving high-impact client tasks or internal operations.
