Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors guests and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location sales floor areas entrances exits and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points observe customer and employee traffic and report suspicious behavior disturbances and/or potential loss prevention concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support opening and closing procedures assist with crowd and queue monitoring during busy periods and communicate with store leadership regarding security-related issues and/or operational concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
