As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Lead in Penns Grove NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will conduct routine patrols support access activities and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post. You will deliver strong customer service and communication while working as part of a caring reliable team that values integrity agility and innovation.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas loading docks trailer yards parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points verify credentials for approved entry and report suspicious behavior operational concerns and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily location operations by observing truck traffic checking exterior gates and doors and reporting hazards damage and/or maintenance issues that could impact security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
