Job Description
As a Security Officer Campus Patrol Driver in Ventura CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a government location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and respond to routine concerns with professionalism. This is a driving post that offers the chance to support the public through strong communication customer service teamwork and integrity in a dynamic environment.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a government healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances exits and restricted areas verify access as directed by site procedures and/or assist with visitor and staff inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support daily operations by completing incident reports communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership and/or following post orders and assigned responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
- A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
