Clinical Support Associate (MA EMT LPN) Waukesha South (Big Bend Rd)
Flexible Schedule Primary Care & Urgent Care
Looking for flexibility while staying hands-on in patient care Join ProHealth Care as a Clinical Support Associate (CSA) supporting our Waukesha South Big Bend Road Clinic.
This role offers the opportunity to work across both primary care and urgent care within one location giving you variety in your day while maintaining a consistent home base.
What Youll Do:
Room patients and obtain vital signs
Assist providers with procedures and patient care
Document in Epic EMR
Support both primary care and urgent care workflows
Schedule:
0.1 FTE
Minimum of one 8-hour shift per week
What You Bring:
Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR EMT or LPN licensure
Strong patient focus and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-based environment
Interest in supporting both primary care and urgent care

Additional Requirements
Certifications or Licenses
- BLS / CPR
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Medical Assistant EMT LPN or other equivalent clinical training program
Experience
- 1 to 3 years preferred
What You Will Do:
Provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant or Physician within ProHealth Medical Group. Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.
- Support ProHealth Cares Mission Vision and Values while adhering to the ProHealth Experience customer service goals.
- Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams obtaining vital signs health history verification and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR
- Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies.
- Answer patient calls obtain medical information report test results administer medications and vaccinations prepare sterile fields and assist with procedures as directed by providers.
- Perform therapeutic treatments health screenings specimen collection Point of Care testing and assist with splints or wound care under supervision.
- Respond to urgent situations call for clinical assistance as needed and assist in maintaining clinic medications vaccinations supplies and equipment.
- Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.
What you will Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of Medical Assistant EMT LPN or other equivalent clinical training program
