Job Summary
Develop concept designs layouts and 3D visualizations for airport terminal interiors including lounges waiting areas retail spaces check-in counters and offices.
Prepare detailed drawings such as plans elevations sections and working drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
Ensure designs comply with airport authority standards ICAO/IATA guidelines fire safety norms and accessibility standards.
Coordinate with architects MEP engineers structural teams and stakeholders for integrated design solutions.
Select and specify materials finishes furniture lighting and signage systems suitable for high-traffic environments.
Review shop drawings and provide technical inputs during construction execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress quality and adherence to design intent.
Incorporate sustainability principles and energy-efficient design practices.
Manage timelines deliverables and ensure compliance with project schedules.
