Job Summary
Monitors implements and coordinates daily technical service operations.
Executes and follows up on the operation and maintenance of all technical systems within the facility (building mechanical electrical automation and infrastructure).
Coordinates engineering department activities and maintenance teams.
Performs scheduled and preventive maintenance checks identifies faults ensures repairs are completed and oversees necessary maintenance work.
Monitors the Building Management System (BMS) and adjusts system settings according to seasonal conditions and instructions from the Chief Engineer.
Coordinates work performed by external contractors ensuring compliance with hotel standards and supervising execution.
Supervises renovation and technical project works.
Conducts periodic testing maintenance and inspections of fire alarm safety and firefighting systems ensuring continuous operational readiness.
Carries out periodic maintenance and inspections of guest areas rooms and all mechanical plumbing and electrical systems.
Tracks work orders through technical software systems (e.g. Maximo BMS) resolves deficiencies and prepares reports.
Identifies material requirements manages inventory and places necessary orders.
Continuously improves maintenance programs and updates system records with new equipment data.
Qualifications :
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Previous experience in hotel engineering or facilities management and construction works.
Strong technical knowledge of high standart building systems and equipment.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
