Job Summary
What youll be doing in this role:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our bar and restaurant
- Take orders interact with guests and provide personalized recommendations
- Mix and present cocktails promote menu items and upsell specials
- Maintain bar inventory restock supplies and manage resources efficiently
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Maintain a welcoming professional and attentive presence at all times
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who is:
- Is fluent in English both written and spoken
- Has expertise in mixology and knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Is skilled in POS systems and inventory management
- Communicates clearly professionally and warmly with guests and team members
- Is organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Has a proactive mindset and can handle unexpected situations efficiently
- Works well in a team collaborating across departments to ensure top service
- Is guest-focused always seeking to enhance the overall experience
- Is eager to learn grow and contribute to a mindful and authentic hospitality environment
