Job Summary

The Opportunity

1-800-GOT-JUNK is looking for a Sales Center Team Lead to join our growing team!

As part of the Sales Center you will provide coaching and training to our Australian Sales Agents for ongoing skill development through conducting weekly one-on-ones team meetings and tailored development plans. You will build team engagement identify process gaps and build performance initiatives to elevate the delivery of exceptional sales and customer service. When we say Its All About People we mean it. For this roles duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of the time.

Full-time 5 days at 40 hours a week shifts between 1 pm - 9 pm PST Sunday to Thursday.

A Day in the Life

  • Providing ongoing professional development of all Team members through the use of Individual Development Plans and other applicable tools
  • Provide guidance direction and demonstration to resolve situations and issues that have been escalated by internal or external clients. Provide accurate answers to policies and procedures
  • Weekly coaching and agent check-ins. Execute effective coaching practices utilizing role practice goal setting alignment and follow-through
  • Create an engaging environment fostering positive relationships through meetings chats and quarterly team outings
  • Responsible for managing each team member against KPIs and sales targets. Individualized documented plan for each agent utilizing trend and quartile performance analysis
  • Leading and managing Agents to ensure the Sales Center hits all revenue and sales goals through effective conversion cancellation and call-handling practices
  • Managing absenteeism through daily contacts and application of corrective action per the Attendance Management Program
  • Ensure integrity and compliance with standards through analysis coaching and corrective action
  • Identify opportunities to evolve processes and practices be a champion of change
  • Support special projects and stretch assignments

What You Bring to the Table

  • Responsible for maximizing sales and customer service performance through performance management of the assigned team including but not limited to: meeting objectives driving engagement activities compliance to attendance punctuality and company policies; and disciplinary actions.
  • Experience making analytical/data-driven decisions required- Proficient in spreadsheet and data reporting practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize key takeaways and present data-proven results
  • Detail-oriented analytical and highly organized Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
