Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9.

What We Offer:

Competitive Base Pay
- The training rate is $16/hour
- After completing training pay is $21/hour.
- Pay can be up to $37/hour through advancement

Schedule:

Mondays through Fridays: mornings afternoons and evenings are available
Saturdays: mornings are required
Sundays: Once a month coaches meeting in the afternoon/evening.

The Job:

Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 9 years old including field set-up and take-down
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Communicate effectively with families caregivers and teachers

Genuine passion for children and sports
Safety conscious
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to stand jog and model childrens soccer skills
