Duration: 13 Weeks
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Shift & Schedule
- Day Shift
- 8-hour shifts (11:00 AM 7:00 PM)
- 5 days per week (40 hours/week)

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Dietetic Technician to support hospital nutrition services in a mixing room environment. This role involves assisting with patient dietary needs meal preparation and maintaining compliance with food safety and healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and distribution of patient meals
- Support daily operations of hospital dietary and nutrition services
- Maintain accurate dietary records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Utilize electronic feeding management systems
- Collaborate with clinical and nutrition teams
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate Degree (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of hospital nutrition-related experience OR enrollment in an approved nutrition program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
- Good mathematical skills
- Food Safety Certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Nutrition or related program
