Job Summary
Essential Responsibilities
- Travel to various geographic locations to conduct CP surveys
- Participate in annual and technical surveys
- Carry survey equipment and perform wire picking
- Assist with ground disturbance and test lead repairs
- Assist with maintaining equipment (multimeters data loggers pipe locators etc.) and ensuring tools are in proper working condition
- Support the field team in operating equipment safely and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in Cathodic Protection industry is preferred
- Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of multitasking while walking (ie. Wire picking taking readings locating)
- Able to work with little supervision while adhering to the team environment is a must
Work Conditions
- Travel extensively to work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Walk 5 kilometers a day in rough terrain
