At TasNetworks were evolving fast and were looking for an RTO Delivery Team Leader who can lead from the front inspire capability and deliver high-quality compliant training in a dynamic and regulated environment.

As the RTO Delivery Team Leader you will lead our ESI Training Team to deliver exceptional training outcomes while navigating a rapidly changing business landscape.

Youll play a critical role in shaping training strategy building capability and ensuring all delivery meets regulatory standardswhile remaining innovative customer-focused and future-ready.

Youll be responsible for but not limited to

  • Leading and empowering the ESI Training Team to deliver high-quality training in a fast-paced environment
  • Co-creating and developing agile future-focused ESI Trainers aligned to strategic priorities
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across ESI and Apprentice Training
  • Ensuring all training and assessment meets legislative regulatory and ASQA compliance requirements
  • Driving efficiency agility and continuous improvement within the RTO Training Team
  • Delivering expert training outcomes across ESI and apprentice programs
  • Identifying service gaps and implementing innovative improvements for customers
  • Providing expert advice on training and assessment methodologies
  • Preparing clear timely and effective communications and reporting
  • Collaborating with the RTO CEO and Trainers to design and refine future-focused training strategies

About you

You are a confident and adaptable leader who thrives in complexity. You bring both structure and innovation and youre passionate about developing people improving systems and delivering meaningful training outcomes.

First and foremost you will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and possess a proven knowledge of the VET sector and ASQA standards and processes (essential).

Youll also bring

  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting small teams
  • A strong alignment with TasNetworks core behaviours
  • Extensive experience in an RTO or customer-focused training environment
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality customer-centric training solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation mediation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to design innovative practical solutions through consultation
  • Proven project management capability across planning execution and delivery
