Job Summary
Spearmint Rhino Las Vegas is looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. Applicants must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation while assisting the Lead Cook with cooking food preparation and cleaning duties as needed. Open availability is required including the ability to work graveyard (overnight) shifts morning shifts and occasionally cover day shifts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years cooking experience (high-volume or fast-paced kitchen preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness organization and food safety
Schedule & Availability:
- Must have open availability
- Ability to work graveyard shifts (late night/overnight) is required
- Flexibility to work morning shifts and occasionally cover day shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain and maintain:
- Sheriffs Card (Las Vegas Work Card)
- Health Card (SNHD)
- TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs several times
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation
