As a Culture & Engagement Specialist you play a pivotal role in bringing our One Envalior culture to life. Youll lead global employee engagement processes provide leaders and HRBPs with actionable insights and ensure our HRrelated sustainability reporting reflects our high standards and commitments.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Manage end-to-end employee engagement survey cycles (design configuration launch communications reporting).
- Prepare communications: survey launch leader messages summaries HRBP and manager briefings.
- Track action plans consolidate results highlight themes to HR and functional leadership.
- Contribute to culture activation initiatives in collaboration with HRBPs and our Culture Ambassadors (Envaliors).
- Maintain consistent engagement and culture KPIs; support dashboarding and ongoing monitoring of progress.
HR Sustainability & Reporting (CSRD/ESG/EcoVadis)
- Coordinate HR data collection validation and consolidation across teams and sites for Sustainability and EcoVadis reporting.
- Ensure accuracy timeliness and consistency of HR sustainability submissions.
- Partner with Sustainability and other functions to support audits assessments and customer inquiries.
- Contribute to improvements in HR sustainability processes and data governance.
Communications & Project Support
- Prepare clear and inclusive communications related to surveys leader messages engagement updates and project milestones.
- Create high-quality presentation materials analysis summaries and briefing packs.
- Support broader Culture & Engagement initiatives (Performance Management Leadership Development Learning & Development) as needed.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Psychology Business Communication Data Analytics or related fieldor equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR employee engagement culture sustainability reporting organizational development or communication roles.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data dashboards and reporting workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is key); able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong project coordination skills (timelines stakeholder management structured follow-up).
- Collaborative inclusive and culturally curious; able to work across regions and functions.
- Proficient with Excel SharePoint and collaboration tools; experience with Power BI is a plus. Experience with survey platforms data analysis and KPI reporting is a plus.
