Home Health Branch Director (RN) Bloomington IN
$5000 Sign-On Bonus

As a Branch Director you will lead clinical and operational performance while building a strong patient-focused team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to grow a branch support clinicians and improve patient outcomes in home health.

What Youll Do
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
Manage staffing productivity and branch performance
Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations
Monitor documentation billing and reimbursement processes
Partner with leadership on growth and performance initiatives
What You Need
Associates degree in healthcare or related field
Home Health leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation
Strong operational and financial management skills
Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
Valid licensure as required
Ability to frequently lift push pull and support up to 50 pounds including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
