THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WERE LOOKING FOR
Bring your craft your warmth and your classroom energy. Youre a licensed cosmetology professional who knows how to connect with people and can turn technical skills into teachable moments. While classroom or salon training experience is a plus what matters most is your enthusiasm for mentoring patience with learners and commitment to professional standards.
A cosmetology license is required. Dont have your instructor license yet No problem - we believe in growing our own talent and will help you get licensed as an instructor.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A COSMETOLOGY LEARNING LEADER
This is a full-time position scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
As our Cosmetology Learning Leader youll lead engaging classes demonstrating advanced techniques and fostering the clinic classroom youll guide students through real-world guest services helping them build confidence and master industry practices. Youll provide constructive feedback celebrate their growth and create an environment where learning is exciting.
