Job Summary
ROLE SUMMARY
At the heart of Pfizers Digital transformation sits Global Cloud Services enabling modern cloud infrastructure and engineering capabilities that support business outcomes and deliver value to patients worldwide.
We are seeking a Senior Associate Cloud Engineer to join the Pfizer Digital hub in Chennai India. This role is an individual contributor position focused on building operating and improving cloud infrastructure using modern engineering and automation practices within a global cloud engineering organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design build and support cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Implement and maintain cloud resources across AWS Azure or GCP
- Contribute to reusable IaC modules patterns and automation pipelines
- Support application teams with cloud infrastructure best practices
- Participate in operational support and incident resolution
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of Cloud or Infrastructure engineering experience
- Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Multi-cloud exposure
- CI/CD and DevOps familiarity
- Relevant cloud certifications
