Within the Operational Marketing France department reporting to the Marketing France Division you will assist product managers in rolling out campaigns and operations and contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies for both pharmacies/parapharmacies and perfumeries.

What are the responsibilities

Working at the interface between different departments your responsibilities will include:

Rolling out campaigns and cycles:

• Creating sales pitches for the sales force

• Helping to design POS advertising and campaign/cycle tools (target groups displays publications sales tools etc.): calling for bids from suppliers briefing the studio validating designs monitoring production etc.

• Participating in the organization of seminars and trade shows

• Participating in the development and implementation of Monoprix podiums and trade shows for groups and brands

• Participating in the evaluation of campaigns alongside product managers (compilation of results analysis of figures etc.)

Monitoring the implementation of trade agreements with our distributors (pharmacies and retailers):

• Monitoring and managing trade operations with groups

• Monitoring TG installations within the framework of commercial agreements

• Monitoring the implementation of commercial conditions via matrices

• Creating and updating planograms in accordance with agreements with groups/retailers on IWD: updating per cycle based on new products/launches

Cross-functional tasks:

• Providing active support to the marketing department for the sales force

• Creating product codes in conjunction with the supply chain

• Inventory management

• Competitive intelligence analysis in the field and on the website

You will be in regular contact with the companys various departments: creative studio international trade marketing sales administration supply chain regulatory affairs training & events digital.

Required skills for this position:

• You are pursuing a higher education degree (4 or 5 years of study) at a business school or university.

• You have a keen interest in marketing and a strong awareness of the cosmetics industry.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
