Salary Range: $40000-$45000 Depending on Experience

Bath and Bronze is hiring a Showroom Coordinator to run the front of our showroom and control customer flow. This is not a receptionist role. You will manage walk-ins calls and incoming work so our sales and quoting team can stay focused and productive.

This position is critical to how our showroom operates. You will directly impact how efficiently we serve customers and how much business we can handle. If youre highly organized move with urgency and enjoy running a structured environment this is a strong fit.

What Youll Get To Do:

• Handle all walk-ins and incoming calls
• Qualify customers and gather the right project details
• Set up jobs cleanly and accurately in our system
• Schedule appointments and route customers to the correct team member
• Build quote drafts using templates and standard selections
• Add required accessories and ensure jobs are complete before handoff
• Track open quotes and follow up for updates
• Keep the showroom organized clean and running efficiently
