LOCATION AND START DATE
Position based in Suresnes.
Contract : 2 months CDD
Main Responsibilities
- Support daytoday corporate legal operations for an international portfolio: company creations annual accounts approvals registered office changes etc.
- Assist with exceptional opérations such as mergers spin-offs universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP) partial asset contributions capital increases/reductions equity transactions dissolutions liquidations etc.
- Coordinate with external service providers (formalities agents translators notaries embassies consulates etc.).
- Contribute to the groups digital transformation by deploying and managing an internal tool used to collaborate with legal advisors.
Profile
- Experience in corporate law ideally within an international environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance processes.
- Highly organized reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive rigorous and collaborative.
- Professional English required.
