Are you an inspiring and experienced Leader in KS1 who is ready for a new challenge Join Grace Cook Primary School as our Assistant Headteacher and play a pivotal role as our school continues to grow and develop.
Grace Cook Primary School opened in 2022 and currently welcomes over 200 pupils across our school and nursery. As our school expands this post offers an exciting opportunity to shape KS1 provision lead curriculum development and be part of our senior leadership team. You will help us drive forward standards and ensure outstanding outcomes for all our children.
We are seeking someone who can:
- demonstrate a proventrack recordof securing progress and attainment in KS1
- lead on curriculum and assessment across the phase
- coach and mentor staff to develop exceptional teaching practice
- prepare pupils for end of KS1 assessments
- maintainhigh standardsof behaviour and learning
- communicate effectively with parents and external partners.
