Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Invoice Dispatch
In this role one would be looking understanding of invoice dispatch Order to cash domain knowledge with handling calls/dashboarding good excel knowledge. Also ready to work on Saturday on roster basis with compulsory working on every 1st day of the month.

Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy on daily processing or on work assigned.
Process the invoices within define TAT.
Need to learn all client portals for invoicing.
Prepare process dashboard with hold report outs.
Timely follow-ups on Hold invoices and get on a call as well with delivery teams/internal stake holders.
Ready to work from office whenever it is required.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

Outstanding drive excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with the ability to immediately contribute in a team environment
Ability to influence peers and leaders across the business and encourage champion and lead team members
Well conversant with MS Office including excel
Preferred qualifications
(H) or MBA in Finance
