  • Strong subject knowledge across a variety of psychological perspectives and research methodologies

  • Ability to inspire challenge and engage students with complex theoretical concepts

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Commitment to contributing to the wider school community including Psychology societies or mentoring programs
