Werelooking for aSenior Software Engineerwith deep experience buildingcloudnative systemsto help evolve this globally distributed this roleyoullwork on backend servicesoperatingatmassivescale withhigh expectationsfor reliability security and performance.
Youlljoin a collaborative team based inHamburg working closely with colleagues in theUS and India and contribute to capabilities used across Adobe products like Photoshop Acrobat Illustrator Firefly and Express.
Whatyoulldo
Design build andoperateJavabased cloud services owning them from design through production
Evolvescalable secure and reliable capabilitiesusing modern cloud and distributed systems practices
Improve systemperformance resilience and operabilityacross multiple cloud regions
Strengthen engineering quality through clear design collaborative code reviews and effective testing
Work closely with partner teams that build on our services
What you need to succeed
8 yearsof professional software engineering experience with a strong backend or platform focus
StrongJavaprogramming skills and a solid understanding of distributed systems
Handson experience withcloudnative services(AWS Azure or GCP)
Experience diagnosing and resolving issues inlargescale production systems
Strong communicationskills inEnglish(German is a plus)
Curiosity to learn and applynew technologies includingAIassisted development
