We are now looking for our next Analyst - Sales! As a Analyst within sales you will play a key role in turning sales and performance data into clear insights and recommendations for our Sales Excellence team and our sales organisation. You will report to the Sales Excellence Director.
Amongst other things you will work with:
Collecting structuring and analysing sales and performance data to support decision-making in the Sales Excellence team.
Conducting ad hoc analyses and deep dives on topics such as conversion pricing partner performance and sales productivity and presenting clear actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with the Sales Excellence team and the data team to ensure we use our data in the best possible way and create fact-based decision material.
Following up on tests in the sales organisation (e.g. new scripts contact strategies or incentives) and evaluating the impact on key sales metrics.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that give Sales and Sales Excellence a clear view of performance and trends across markets.
Continuously improving data quality and ways of working with data together with Sales Excellence and the data team.
For this position we believe you are in the beginning of your career with experience from internships or preferably from a first role where you have used data to support commercial or sales decisions. You enjoy turning numbers into insights that drive action.
Must have:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Good skills in Excel and experience working with BI tools preferably Power BI.
Interest in working with or close to sales organisations and sales systems (for example tools like Leaddesk Aircall or similar).
Ability to communicate findings in a clear and structured way to non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive structured and curious way of working with a genuine interest in improving processes and results.
A bit of extra credit if you also have:
Experience working with SQL and BigQuery or other big data environments.
Previous experience from a fast-paced data-driven environment such as fintech e-commerce or other digital consumer businesses.
Experience building or improving dashboards and reports for commercial or sales teams.
An interest in sales excellence experimentation and continuous optimisation of funnels and commercial performance.
