The Role
The school is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of HR across the school. You will oversee recruitment safeguarding compliance absence management employee relations and policy implementation. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will play a key role in supporting staff wellbeing retention and organisational development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proven HR experience ideally within an education setting
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements
Experience managing recruitment and employee relations
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders
Experience and Qualifications
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
Experience in a school or public sector environment preferred
