Job Summary

Position Role: Responsible for the Continuous Improvement of Skills within the Army Talent Management System (ATMS) as part of the ATMS Governance Support Team (GST). Responsibilities:
* Act as the Army lead for Skills within PDSF and represent the Armys in PDSF tri-service meeting to ensure the Armys interests are maintained.

*Lead the continuous improvement and development of Skills and Roles acting as the controlling authority for Army Skills and Roles within the ATMS.

* Lead staff officer in the development of ATMS policy on Skills and Skills Assurance.

* Produce the bi-annual Skills Assurance report for DPers.

* Support the Army Professions in the development of Skills and KSEB as part of the PDSF project.

* Assure annual Professions Skills review once SP On-boarding is complete.

* Provide advice on Skills development to AH ATMS and Heads of Professions as required.

* Any other tasks as directed by AH ATMS. Domestic Considerations: * The TACOS for this post are FTRS(HC). The role is based at Army Headquarters Andover within the Pers Directorate but we will continue to embrace remote working where possible.

* Due to the demand of broad stakeholder engagement it is anticipated that most work will be delivered during the working week. This post will require attendance at physical meetings in the Army HQ as well as other locations such as MoD London.
