Senior Project Manager for BeeHealthy

We are on a mission to make healthcare smarter for all - healthcare providers and patients. Healthcare that is more efficient more impactful and more affordable. We build scalable multi-tenant SaaS solutions for many clients integrating with various healthcare services and APIs. We emphasize great UX accessibility and maintainability ensuring that our product provides the best possible experience for patients.

As Senior Project Manager you will lead high-stakes multi-phase implementation and integration projects for our most strategic customers. You will navigate complex healthcare environments build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and help shape the way BeeHealthy delivers contributing to playbooks mentoring fellow PMs and driving continuous improvement in our delivery approach.

Must have skills:

5 years of experience in client-facing project management ideally in a SaaS company health tech or technology consulting environment.
Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder technology projects including environments with significant integration requirements and third-party vendors.
Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level customer relationships and navigate politically complex customer organizations.
Strong knowledge and practical use of project management methodologies tools and best practices (e.g. agile waterfall hybrid).
Understanding of product and integration development terminology including agile methodologies API-based integrations and SaaS delivery models.
Track record of driving process improvements and contributing to team-wide delivery capability beyond individual project ownership.
Strong people skills: self-aware collaborative patient and able to build trust across diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English with the ability to flex your style across clinical technical and commercial audiences. (Finnish or German is a plus.)

Bonus points for:

Healthcare domain expertise: solid understanding of healthcare business models clinical workflows and operational processes; experience in digital health or health tech strongly preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR) and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital health (e.g. MDR GDPR local health data legislation).
Exposure to pre-sales or solution scoping in a B2B SaaS context.
