Job Summary
As part of our continued growth we are looking for a Trainee Invoice-to-Cash to support the activities in the dormakaba business services center. We offer a 6-month temporary contract with full-time as well as part-time options for students that let you balance your work and studies and gain hands-on experience.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Execute assigned tasks on time and proactively resolve open issues
- Collaborate with team members and other Finance stakeholders to deliver Finance transaction processes
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments
- Assist with investigating and resolving unapplied and misapplied payments
- Assist with the review and analysis of customer aging reports
- Endorse dormakaba culture and ways of working among the peer group

- Good communication problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks at hand time management skills
- Detailed oriented proactive and structured way of working
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
- BSc or MSc in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field in progress
- Fluency in English
