Tasks
Youll be the third member of our customer support team. As the first point of contact for our users youll help them get the most out of the product solve issues quickly and feed insights back into the team. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to users product and how things actually work behind the scenes.
What youll do:
- Respond to user questions across email chat and community channels
- Troubleshoot issues and help users get unstuck quickly
- Identify patterns in user feedback and flag recurring issues
- Work closely with product and engineering to improve the user experience
- Help build and refine support processes FAQs and documentation
Requirements
What were looking for:
- Experience in customer support or community
- Exceptional written communication in English - mother tongue preferred
- Comfortable working directly with users and solving problems
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Technical curiosity - you dont need to code but youre not afraid to dig into how things work
- Familiarity with AI tools creative software or music/video workflows
- Based in Berlin
