Job Title : Recruitment Coordinator
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 5-8 years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana
Were looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who is in charge of creating and implementing recruiting strategies managing the talent pipeline and working together with hiring managers to find and evaluate candidates for open jobs.
Responsibilities:
- 5 years of Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator.
- Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with interviewing evaluating and screening candidates.
- Familiarity with professional networks and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and all Microsoft Office programs.
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters providing guidance coaching and mentorship to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies in alignment with the companys growth plans and objectives.
- Identify and attract top-tier talent through various sourcing channels including job boards social media professional networks and industry-specific associations.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit. Drive the selection process to ensure the hiring of the best candidates.
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment trends monitor team performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process.
- Regularly attending conferences seminars job fairs and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
