Job Summary
We are looking for a Hardware Test Engineer with experience in defining test strategies preparing test plans and executing validation for industrial and RF products. The role requires strong analytical skills knowledge of electronics and the ability to work independently while owning project tasks.

- Define and execute hardware test strategies test plans and test cases.
- Validate industrial and RF products covering Design Validation Testing (DVT) RED Safety EMC Environmental and Mechanical requirements.
- Perform hands-on testing and document results to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and certification.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear reporting of test outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical circuits.
- Understanding of analog and digital electronics sensors and IO interfaces.
- Ability to work independently and manage project tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
