Our premier dealership is looking for an A-Level Technician (or an exceptionally high-performing B-Level ready for the jump) for our Ford and CDJR dealerships.
- Compensation: $80000 $150000 (Based on Experience & Certifications)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues: This includes fixing engine problems transmission failures brake systems suspension and other moving pieces.
- Perform routine maintenance: Tasks like oil changes fluid top ups tire rotations and brake pad replacements.
- Use diagnostic tools: While mechanics focus on mechanical repairs. Understands computerized diagnostic equipment to check sensors actuators and electronic control modules.
- Follow manufacturer specifications: Rebuild or replace parts according to OEM procedures ensuring proper alignment torque and fitment.
- Work on both mechanical and electronic systems: Modern vehicles integrate mechanical and computerized systems.
- Ford and CDJR Experience: Minimum of 3 years specifically with Ford and CDJR products
- Certifications: Must hold current Ford or Chevy/GM certifications; ASE certifications are highly valued.
- Clean Record: Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
