Job Title: Oracle Delivery Manager

Job Description:

Delivery Manager to Own delivery for multiple projects
Oversee Application Management Services including L1L2L3 support incidentproblemchange management change requests with proper documentation
Ensure SLAOLA compliance for incident responseresolution availability and service performance
Root Cause Analysis RCA and preventive actions Service improvement plans and automation opportunities
Define delivery plans milestones staffing release schedules and dependency management
Ensure adherence to scope schedule budget quality and delivery governance
Drive execution with strong cadence reviews project steering status reporting
Manage crossteam dependencies and Business stakeholders
Lead projectprogramlevel risk and issue management mitigation planning and escalation handling
Coordinate for testing automation alignment defect leakage control UAT readiness and acceptance criteria
Serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders
Project Status KPIs reporting Lead and mentor team members
