Summary
The Technology Transformation Lead drives the modernization of enterprise technology platforms and supports the organizations transition toward cloud-centric AI-enabled and data-driven systems. This role provides hands-on technical expertise across cloud architecture platform integration and emerging technologies to help improve operational efficiency scalability and innovation.
Technology Transformation & Strategy
Lead enterprise technology transformation initiatives focused on cloud adoption platform modernization and AI enablement.
Partner with business and IT leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and operational improvements.
Develop technology roadmaps that align organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support long-term scalability and business value.
Ensure cloud solutions follow best practices for scalability performance and cost optimization.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build resilient and secure cloud environments.
AI Enablement & Data Innovation
Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence machine learning and data platforms to enhance organizational capabilities.
Support the development and integration of AI-powered solutions including automation predictive analytics and intelligent applications.
Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to enable AI-ready data architecture.
Guide teams in implementing AI solutions responsibly ensuring governance and ethical use of data.
Desired Experience
Experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure AWS or Google Cloud).
Experience with AI machine learning or advanced analytics solutions.
Knowledge of modern application architectures APIs and integration patterns.
Experience modernizing legacy systems or enterprise platforms.
Ability to work across technical and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
