Job Title: Coord Provider Network
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Raleigh NC (onsite)

Duties:
Making calls to Provider offices reading from a script and documenting in an excel spreadsheet. Reviewing Provider demographic data for accuracy.

Skills:
The primary purpose of the job is to:

Responsible for review of Provider demographic management which includes additions deletions or
Proficient in Excel Google and using a Healthcare Provider Directory
Excellent communication skills on the phone
Some knowledge of healthcare / and or requesting appointment scheduling

Education:

High School/GED
Associate s Degree preferred
