Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the design implementation and governance of AI agent solutions that integrate seamlessly with various vector data sources. This pivotal role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from gathering stakeholder requirements to ensuring compliance with governance frameworks for AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Compliance: Design and implement governance frameworks for AI agents ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations security standards and institutional AI policies.
Stakeholder Management: Conduct stakeholder analysis manage relationships with key stakeholders and lead Design Thinking sessions to define the scope capabilities and requirements for AI agent solutions.
Solution Implementation: Oversee the development and deployment of AI agent solutions ensuring alignment with project goals timeline and budget.
Metadata Management: Develop and enforce metadata management strategies for AI agents and their associated data sources to ensure data integrity and traceability.
Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and manage systems for monitoring the performance of AI agents ensuring compliance with predefined SLAs and preparing reports for ongoing governance.
Agile Delivery: Apply Agile project management methodologies to deliver AI solutions efficiently and effectively ensuring rapid iterations and continuous improvement.
Process Enforcement: Enforce standardized project management processes tools and methodologies across AI agent deployments to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Information Systems Engineering).
Certification in traditional project management (e.g. PMP) and experience in Agile project management practices.
Proven experience managing AI or cognitive computing projects with a focus on governance and data management.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies data integration and governance frameworks.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in academic or large organizational settings.
Familiarity with machine learning models natural language processing (NLP) or cognitive computing platforms.
Experience with tools for AI agent performance monitoring and reporting.
