What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP CFA iXp Intern IT Data & Analytics

Location:Prague Czech Republic

Expected start date: April/May 2026

In this role youll support our Strategic Data Product Success team in creating and optimizing data models using Databricks and modern analytics tools. Youll work on high-impact projects that directly influence executive decision-making across SAP helping us close critical data gaps identified at board and leadership level. Beyond data modeling youll contribute to dashboards reports and data analysis that drive business insights.

Your work will help us build reusable patterns that serve as blueprints for future analytics initiatives across the company. Youll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level data challenges while collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries.

• You will build data models in Databricks; create and maintain analytics dashboards and reports; perform data analyses; support the analytics team on strategic projects that impact SAPs internal cloud operations.
• Your work will generate unparalleled efficiency and scale data-driven decision-making for SAP employees globally. Youll help democratize data access across our system landscape empowering leaders at every level to make intelligent decisions based on trusted insights.
• Youll work with our multicultural team in Prague and collaborate with colleagues in Germany Czech Republic and the USA. Youll receive mentoring from experienced analytics professionals and contribute to a team that values learning innovation and continuous improvement.
• Youll gain hands-on expertise in Databricks SQL and SAP analytics tools (SAC Datasphere). Youll learn enterprise data modeling best practices develop analytics skills and understand how data-driven insights shape organizational strategy.

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres through challenges and stays curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects that solve real business problems and are energized by continuous learning and growth.

• Currently enrolled university student in computer science engineering business information technologies or related field with strong interest in data and analytics
• Solid proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience writing queries and working with databases
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or business intelligence concepts
• Quick learner with ability to rapidly acquire new technical skills (Databricks SAC Datasphere)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in international multicultural teams
• English language proficiency (required)
