Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Supplier Quality Process Manager (M/F) located at the Marignane site.

Our Mission :
The key mission of Quality Procurement Process Team is to deliver efficient and compliant supplier requirements supplier monitoring processes properly applied with adequate tools and reliable data to ensure supply chain performance (Aviation Safety Quality On time deliveries).
Our role is essential for :
The continuous improvement of our supplier quality requirements processes and tools.
The support of the operational teams (SCQMs) in charge of Airbus Helicopters suppliers (within AH/AHD/AHE/AHMQ/AHCA/AHH).
Representing the SCQM & Procurement organizations in front of authorities.

Your Main responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will mainly concern the flow-down of Airbus Helicopters requirements to suppliers and will include :
Managing the flow-down process of requirements and applicable documents to suppliers
Contribute to continuously improve the requirement cascading process mainly with SCQM and Strategic Procurement organisations.
Monitor the performance of the flow-down (cascading) process and manage performance improvement actions. Report on this activity.
Steer the operational activity of document distribution to suppliers performed internally and by service providers (STUDIA).
Ensure that process actors are properly trained and apply the process (process adherence).
Support the operational teams (Strategic buyers SCQMs) to select the relevant requirements to be integrated into contracts with suppliers.
Managing the list of applicable generic documents for suppliers (GDVL : Generic Document Validity List)
Continuously maintain the GDVL list
Lead the simplification of applicable documents and their transfer into my CES or other document management system.
Contribute to link those documents to requirements and to integrate them in the future Airbus Helicopters Supplier Requirements being implemented.
Coordinate the network of focal points in charge of applicable documents in Design Production and Maintenance domains.
Contributing to the implementation of optimized digital solutions to cascade requirements to suppliers.
Contribute to the development of the new Airbus Group digital solution (CLIP) to cascade generic requirements & associated applicable documents to suppliers in a collaborative and digital manner.
Contribute to the definition of the future tool applications to distribute technical documentation to suppliers (drawings Bills of Material Norms ) in collaboration with other Airbus divisions. Lead Airbus Helicopters part of those projects.
Contribute to the deployment plan of the solutions within Airbus Helicopters (awareness operational support )
Leading / contributing to other improvement projects related to supplier requirements or SCQM processes under the team responsibilities.
You will report to the Head Of the Quality Procurement Process Team and will have many interfaces with various internal and external stakeholders (Departments managing supplier requirements in Design-Production-Maintenance domains authorities other Airbus group divisions certification bodies)
Your Profile and Skills
Education: Degree within engineering and/or quality domain.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in supplier management or process / tool management.
Technical Knowledge: Quality assurance EN9100 requirements contract management.
Personal and Professional Qualities:
Process-oriented mindset / Methodological rigor.
Capability to define/write process documents and requirements.
Proficiency in IT tools (SAP Google Workspace suite etc.).
Competences in data management (data analysis reporting).
Knowledge and experience in project management process/tool improvement.
Capability to lead working groups.
Excellent communication skills to perform awareness sessions and manage interfaces within Airbus Helicopters and with authorities.
Languages: English (Advanced level) French (intermediate level).
