DescriptionJPMorgan Chases (JPMC) Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO) Program part of Global Supplier Services is responsible for developing implementing and overseeing the framework that ensures effective use of suppliers to achieve strategic goals. The CTPO Program covers oversight of both external third-party suppliers (TPO) and internal intra-affiliate (IAO) services and includes Supplier Assurance Services (SAS) Governance and Risk Design. The program also builds awareness across the firm ensures global consistency across all Lines of Business (LOBs) and Corporate Functions (CFs) and manages outsourcing regulatory requirements including periodic updates to regulators.
As a Supplier Controls Intelligence Analyst Senior Associate within Third Party Continuous Monitoring (TPCM) you will support the integration and maintenance of supply chain risk and intelligence sources to deliver actionable visibility of supplier risks and vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with governance risk and controls and product teams to help evolve the supplier risk management platform and contribute to documentation and regular updates for CTPO leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to ensure Third Party Intelligence capabilities align with evolving supplier and business needs.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of strategic operational and tactical intelligence to improve visibility into supply chain risks and inform mitigation actions.
- Support program implementation maintain supplier intelligence processes and assist crossfunctional teams in datadriven decisionmaking based on curated supplier risk insights.
- Execute continuous monitoring activities for risk and control coverage to help mitigate supplier risks (e.g. operational regulatory data protection).
- Assist in identifying assessing and tracking operational and supplierrelated risks in accordance with regulations standards and the JPMC enterprise framework.
- Prepare and maintain reports on supplier risk events incidents and potential impacts on the firms control environment.
- Respond to adhoc supplier risk inquiries and provide timely analysis to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- 4 years of experience in supplier risk analysis or adjacent roles (risk intelligence incident analysis supplier controls) within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of supplier controls risk management and compliance practices; familiarity with industry standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001) and financial services regulations.
- Ability to understand business processes and related supplier controls analyze associated risks and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to collaborate across organizational lines and communicate insights to relationship managers and senior stakeholders.
- High degree of discipline and ownership; able to work both independently and within a team exercising sound judgment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Professionalism selfmotivation and a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with supply chain risk management platforms and tools.
