Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HRSD ITSM and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and customize HRSD modules including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Catalog & Record Producers
- Knowledge Management
- Develop and customize ITSM modules:
- Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management
- Implement and manage ITOM modules:
- Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and Cloud Discovery (AWS Azure GCP)
- Develop scripts using JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules UI Policies and Client Scripts
- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Configure and maintain MID Servers data sources and API integrations
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and customize Service Portal / Employee Center
- Create dashboards reports and Performance Analytics KPIs
- Maintain and enhance CMDB and Discovery processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills
- 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in HRSD module implementation (minimum 4 years preferred)
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide Business Rules UI Policies)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer Service Portal Employee Center
- Experience with MID Server configuration and integrations
- Strong understanding of CMDB Discovery and ITSM processes
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
