Pay: $14.00/hr (Increase to $15.00/hr after 4 weeks based on attendance & performance)

Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM MondayFriday (Alternating Schedule)

Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for repackaging products supporting production flow and assisting with general warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This Warehouse Associate role requires reliability attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand walk and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working in cooler or cold conditions
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate role includes:
Repackage products accurately and efficiently
Operate and monitor items through the production line
Maintain consistent production output and workflow
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
Keep work areas clean organized and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Schedule Details
MondayFriday schedule with alternating work weeks
Every other week: Off Wednesday or Thursday work Saturday
30-minute lunch break included
Preferred Experience
Previous warehouse production or material handling experience
Experience working in temperature-controlled or cold environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift carry and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing walking bending and lifting
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
