Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chiller Operator responsible for the operation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of centrifugal chillers pumps cooling towers and HVAC systems within facilities management projects. The role requires strong technical expertise monitoring skills and the ability to ensure continuous and efficient plant performance.

Operate and monitor chillers pumps and cooling towers

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems

Maintain required temperature pressure and flow levels

Record readings and maintain logbooks and reports

Monitor oil level refrigerant level and system performance

Support preventive maintenance (PPM) activities

Ensure proper functioning of AHU FCU and FAHU units

Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and breakdowns

Follow safety procedures and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or HVAC field

Minimum 3-8 years of experience

Strong knowledge of centrifugal chillers pumps and cooling towers

Experience in maintenance installation and troubleshooting of HVAC systems

Basic knowledge of BMS systems

Immediate joiners preferred
