- Familiarity with Voice of Customer tools such as Usabilla or Mopinion.
- Experience working with Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager or Relay42.
- Knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI.

- Understanding of SQL for data analysis.
