Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Platform Engineer to support ML platform operations and incident management within our clients Data & Analytics organization. This role focuses on the day-to-day support maintenance and operational improvement of ML and data platform servicesprimarily Dataiku DSS MLOps pipelines and ServiceNow-driven incident workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Dataiku DSS Administration Support and maintain the Dataiku DSS ML platform including user access project environments compute resource configuration and integration with upstream/downstream data services.
- MLOps Pipeline Support Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring including Docker image builds environment management and pipeline troubleshooting.
- Incident Management via ServiceNow Triage and resolve L2 tickets (L2DataPlatform L2DataEngineering) covering platform access issues connectivity failures vulnerability remediation and infrastructure scaling requests.
- Platform Integrations Support connections between Dataiku and other platform services including Snowflake Azure infrastructure and the DataPortal API.
- Documentation Update runbooks incident logs and operational documentation as part of ongoing support activities.
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience in platform engineering ML engineering or a related infrastructure role
- Hands-on experience with Dataiku DSS (project management compute environments integrations)
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tooling (CI/CD for models environment management monitoring)
- Experience working within ServiceNow for incident triage and resolution (L2 support experience preferred)
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and operational tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Snowflake and Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) in the context of ML workloads
- Background in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment
