- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field
- 45 years of experience in sales preferably in telematics SaaS IoT or technology solutions
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of telematics systems (GPS tracking fleet management vehicle analytics)
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
