EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are seekingaSenior/PrincipalConsultantto join our Consumer Industries Consulting practicewhoisable todemonstratethe following attributes:
Have an excellent understanding of business processes solutions and applications in the Retail and Supply Chain industry.
Becapable of creating and implementing innovativesolutions andservices for our customers in the Retail Industry with a focus on AIassistedprocesses andsolutions
Possess anability tocomprehendand apply business processandapplySAPbest practiceand Activatemethodologyincluding experience of the SAP Integrated Tool Chain
Have in depthexperienceof SAP technologyapplications and solutions for theretailindustry.
Have in depthimplementationexperiencehaving worked with over fivefulllifecyleimplementations of SAP Retail Solutions
ABOUT YOU:
You willhave excellentknowledgecombined withhands-onimplementation experienceof the solution areas mentioned aboveas well astheability toprovide expert consulting serviceswhenworkingwith the clientto design and implementinnovative digital solutions that transform the clients will also havedemonstrable experienceworking acrossall phases of an implementation project from requirements definition and solution design torealisationtestingimplementationand post go-live support.
You are a motivatedself-starterwith a desire to have the skills topartner with a client toanalyse and define business requirementsprocessesandobjectivestosubsequentlyconfirmaprojectsolutiondesignlandscapeanddeliverables followed bythe ability to organiseyourown and potentially other team members time and deliverablesto meet the project timeline.
You willbe expectedto keep abreast of industry trendsandto communicate well at all levels of an organisation including business functionalseniorand technicalclient staff and toensurea high degree of customer satisfactionwith the willalreadybe working as a member of a team orasa team lead and wouldprovide team leadershipand supporttoother consulting colleagues.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Tertiary education
Deep delivery experience of SAPRetail solutions
Can conductand lead requirementsand designworkshops
Excellent communication and presentation skills toshowcasethe solution andadvocateitsbenefitsbefore seniorclientand fellow projectteam members
Ability to work well inwithand leadingteams
Proven ability toestablishlong term customer relationships
Ability to effectively understand business requirements and mapthem to anSAPsolution while minimizingsystem enhancements andrisk to both customer and SAP.
Ability to professionally set manage and satisfy customer expectations through personal involvement or delegation.
Ability to interact effectively with differing levels of partner and customer organizations.
Demonstrate knowledge and application of key methodologies employed by SAP globally
Clear understanding of functionaland technicalintegration aspects with other SAP modules and solutions
SAPCertification ina relevant discipline
Professional certificationwould be a bonus
IdeallySolution and ApplicationArchitectureskills such as TOGAF orSAP A200
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least10years of work experience in a consulting firm delivering implementation services for various customers
Worked extensively within SAP solutions in the Retail Industry
Experience infive(or more)end to endBusinessProcess Implementations in the Retail Industry
Demonstrate the capability from past projects to meet deadlines and control project scope
Knowledge and experiencewith multipleSAPmethodologiessuch asActivateand the Integrated Tool Chain
